Textel for SalonBiz includes 2,500 messages/month. Appointment confirmations and Blast messages count toward overall message allotment.

Line Rental
10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers are available for $5/month, and toll-free numbers (TFN) are available for $10/month.
Carrier Fees
The national mobile carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, & Verizon) require businesses to register their standard 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone numbers to send messages to their customers. This does not affect short codes or Toll-Free numbers. There is a one-time $50 activation fee charged by T-Mobile, and a $10/month registration fee charged by the registry.
Additionally, the national mobile carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, & Verizon) charge variable per message fees for texting from any business number (10DLC, short code, or Toll-Free). Textel will pass-through activation, recurring, and per message fees.
Contract Type
Payment Terms
You will be responsible for payment of any applicable fees for services at the beginning of your subscription term and at the beginning of any successive renewal term.
Overages
Overages will be charged if the pre-paid messages are exceeded during the contract period. Overage rates are set at $0.03/message.
